I really enjoy KA`. Over the years, I've seen it
5 times from all over the theatre.
I suggest sitting in the upper center SECTION 202.
I have been in the front SECTIONS 102 and 101
and for me...they're too close to experience
all the visual wonder KA` offers.
Yeah...my problem was not with the Show as much as the room. It may work great for Second City, but unless you're in the first few rows, YOU CAN'T SEE. When the women are on stage the view is fine. The floor is flat, when they're on the floor and you're sitting mid room...all you see are the heads in front of you.
I moved to the back and stood during the show and even at that...if they're doing a routine on the floor in front of the stage, you still can't see.
When 'X' was at Aladdin, it was different, fresh, hot, with great views through out the room.
All that said, and with 80% new (?), I should give it another shot. To be honest, I was so distracted by not being able to see due to the poor seating plan, I don't remember much about the show.
Guess I'm one of those loyal followers...
First time I saw CHICAGO was over 30 years ago
in Walla Walla Washington State.
My favorite place to watch them in Hollywood Theatre is from one of the tables for 4, mid room
along the rail in Row D...great view/great sound!
I think the Plaza will be a great new home for The Rat Pack Show. Via several of the Las Vegas Message Boards, I help folks choose great seats for the Shows around town and even though people are quite excited to have the show at the Plaza, their main concern is the neighborhood.
Metro gets a lot of calls for that location...
Many show goes will cab to and from...the availability of cabs after the show is a concern.
I saw the show at Greek Isle and loved it. I'm going for the full 'Old Style Las Vegas Show Experience'in May and chose the Dinner/Show Tic!
Now more than ever I think its safe to say...
The Rat Pack...IS Back!
