The reason Las Vegas will go bancrupt is more than the depression.

The strip looks like a demolition zone, there's almost no major entertainment, cheap buffets are not fit for homelsess to eat, there is no public transportation from nearby cities and senior citizens are unwelcome..

I have two pre teen grandchildren and am so afraid they will look to Palin's pregnant daughter, as other young girls might, as a role model for having a teen pregnancy. It is already a national problem. Parading this girl around, as a hero, has probably led to more teen pregnancies already.

Save millions. Legalize drugs (especially marihuana) and prostitution.

That idea will give all the cops, court personnel and prison guards heart attacks because most would lose their jobs.

On the other hand, LV would fill every hotel room in the city. LV should really be Sin City instead of Lost Wages.

Aside from financing woes, these new homes are all built with the cheapest prefab materials which are than stapled together and will probably fall apart before the mortgage is paid off, anyway. The houses are overpriced junk which people will walk away from when these shoddy shacks, sold to suckers, start failing.
