Feed-in tariffs, which require utilities to pay anyone putting renewable solar, wind, bio-mass, or other renewable energy into the gird, have doubled German renewable deployment and could make Nevada self-sufficient in power, more prosperous, and generate new "green collar" jobs throughout the state.
