Congratulations to Curtis and his new band for winning their 1st competition in a while. But as the drum major of the Boulder City High School Band, I did not see a tearful eye, or solemn face. The first thing I saw after receiving our third place plaque, was our director, Mr. James Gillette, coming to greet me and congratulate me with a hug for myself, the colorguard captain, and drum section leader. The time that Mr. Gillette has put in is worth more than a plaque, because he has a found a way to make music fun for all. I am proud to have this man at the helm of our band, and will look forward to working hard to reclaim our 1st place honors in the near future.

this is absolute poppycock. Tim Inch is an at will employee, and not an elected official. He should be let go and someone better qualified should be found. I have personally worked with Inch and know that he worries more about some of the teenagers cars than he does our city's finances.
