--A profit? The state takes tuition and redistributes it, as he describes.

--The universities? Which ones? He is talking about the state formula and its relationship to UNLV's financial situation.

this team does a lot of things pretty well, but college basketball comes down to outside shooting, and we are just shockingly, inexcusably bad--is there a worse major conference team from 3 than us in the country?
