To Slnw : I believe recently the Doctor was given his own statements of what he did when he sold his practice he & his brother the attorney disposed of computers in dumpsters (illegal) got rid of all records of former patients, even ones that had passed that should be kept for 10 years. He actually called you out his office manager as being Bi-Polar can you believe that ! Instead you were the one that called pharmacies countless times & called him on passing out scripts multiple times . How can he not want any1 to suffer ? Does he have short term memory . All his properties have been put in other peoples names his other brother his a financial planner .After his first lawsuit it started . But he said not so nice things about his office manager ,even claiming money missing . I can't email personally so I am putting his crazy ways out here .Thanks for helping I think I know who u are & you know I am Staci's aunt.

The 19 year old girl referenced in this story is my niece. How dear he sue Dr. Trescot what is he thinking ? First he sues the medical board now an expert in the pain management field .He needs to apologize for what he has done to all these families .Does he think he was being a good doctor ? This is far from the truth .Over 8 families have been traumatized by this doctors actions , this is what you call MALPRACTICE .She should stand her ground because she knows she is correct . Dr. Buckwalter you have ruined my life forever , I will never get to see the 19 year old girl that walked into your office that day seeking treatment to GET OFF taking drugs , instead of helping her you gave her over 700 pills in 25 days . Were you not smart enough to see what was happening ? I hope the Judge throws the book at you .

There are plenty of good doctors available , Dr. Buckwalter was a licensed drug dealer ,every pharmacy complained about his prescribing habits . In 2006 the Medical Board was aware of this but never acted . Thank god they pulled his license in 2008 , but for some it was 3 months too late because my family member was given a drugstore to take home .She didn't make it . So he took away a 21 year olds life . The article describes 8 people but through research it is actually over 10 people who passed . Throw the book at him Medical Board .......

Vegas will never stop smoking , these people who gamble & drink seem to smoke 10 times more than they normally would .The real culprit is the tobacco companies who allow this cancer causing drug to flow through casinos . Las Vegas is just a plain dark hole full of drugs and criminals .It is what it is stay away from this town . People trying to score drugs for a lousy $6.00 give me a break . What ever happened to a good old fashioned fist fight ? This man had to have a knife with him. Why carry a knife for protection unless you are going to use it? Parents need to teach their children responsibility , now 2 people's families have been destroyed .

The purpose of the lawsuit is to show a pattern of irresponsible behavior by the doctors massive amounts of opiates given to these 3 people each case being separate in its own way. You may argue a patients responsiblity . Lets argue the doctors responsiblity why on earth would he prescribe Xanax Methadone Loratab and Oxy's to a young girl who walked into his office admitting she had an addiction problem? For the life of me what was he thinking ? You don't give her more of the same drug. If you were the doctor what would you do? You may ask why her family didn't know its because she moved out on her own with friends only seeing her family when she wanted to.Because of the HIPPA law we sign at the doctors office families can't receive information on anyone .The 19 year wanted no one to know of her addiction she walked into his office as a responsible person asking for help.Instead he gave her fuel for the fire she so desperately wanted to put out. She was a beautiful, kind young girl that will never hug her family ever again, and thats a tragedy .

If you guys are sticking up for the doctor , then why did the medical board suspend his ability to write presciptions for controlled substances only ? This man sold his practice the next day he could still practice medicine but has chose not to help people who are sick .I guess he decided why care about sick people if he can't prescribe those controlled substances . After all thats where he made all his money . Greedy little thing. He went to med school and took an oath to help the sick, he gave up.
