Excellent post Robert.

Man, what a motley crew.

It looks like you have to dig deep to find honest, trustworthy people in the valley of neon and excess.

Sure, there are good people there, but from the daily news, it generally seems like a literal cesspool, with a lot of bad people doing bad things.

My experience is it takes a real spiritual connection to maintain yourself in times of setbacks.

I wonder if this man had enough faith to hold himself together during hard times.

It's such a shame to leave two small kids behind to deal with the aftermath for the rest of their lives.
