As a delegate who attended the event, i did learn that a company doing important work was right in my backyard. yes, they did put out pamphlets and showed a video demonstrating the accomplishments that varian has made, but i was actually unaware that congresswoman berkley was some type of host other than being gracious to a company located in southern nevada. as for the free food and drink, i do recall the writer of this article right there with us.
