Thank you for the good news. I was a victim of Del Vecchio as was my daughter of 5 years old when he went against my Constitutional rights as a custodial parent and did not give me a fair hearing 5 years ago. My daughter went to her abusive father without giving me any visitation. He refused my telephone hearing that his assistant R. Murray (ex step daughter) told me he agreed to give me one. Then a few years later granted her father a passport when he was a dual citizen of a third world country that does not heed by the Hague Convention Act. My prayers have been answered that this judge has been removed.
