This is wonderful news! After traveling to France on British Airways, I had several points of departure...none of which were my home town of Las Vegas! I left from L.A, CA. Let's see how it is to return home via no stopping-off point. To return home via Gatwick or Heathrow would solve so many needless problems; better yet, if I go directly from Barcelona to Las Vegas.
British Airways' service is wonderful; their staff is attentive and concerned - in short - a breath of fresh air.
The full-bed configuration of business class for trans-atlantic flights is SO well worth the cost that to consider anything else is nonsense; penny-wise and dollar foolish.
In British parlance; spot-on!!!!!!!
As a local who remembers Danny Gans' start at the Stratosphere with a $13.00 ticket to his meteoric rise in this city that can be so cynical, I wish peace to his family. What an utter shock. Just reiterates that no human being is promised another moment of life....
I am saddened by the loss of a spectacular talent and a huge contributor to our city. From out of town in Cessenon-sur-Orb, France.....
The whole world is talking about Danny Gans.
It will also be interesting to see how far the tax proposal gets on caffeine-containing products.
Gibbons' staff again wastes more time defending another illogical idea which wasn't even broached with the involved factions beforehand.
The conflict of interest would negate the minimal operational cost savings and if Gibbons didn't suffer from cranial rectalitis he would have realized it.

Republicans saw Ensign as their rising star. How far must one look to find some rising ethical and moral attributes able to withstand the strains inherent in public/political exposure? But there are no saints among us.
Something very sad happens when someone enters public life to any significant degree. Motivations, originally altruistic, become self-serving and moral parameters dissolve.
Even someone with a very strong sense of those values apparently succumbs to their own PR hand-outs, as the rules don't apply to them anymore.
Scandal disclosure always lets the rest of 'us' somehow feel better about ourselves simply because it wasn't 'us' who got caught.
