This President and this Congress in large part caused the economic collapse. Bush and his appointees are in the process of socializing the financial and automotive sectors, and potentially homes. If we do have a socialist President, he should have a very smooth transition. Obama says he has a "righteous wind at his back." True and I hope good wins over evil in this election.
What shameless lies McCain and Palin are guilty of. It was this President and this Congress that caused, in large part, the financial meltdown and the bailout and the road toward socialism. Obama does not want to reinstate massive welfare programs. He just wants the rich to pay a little more taxes to lighten the burdens of the working, middle class.
Differences in the McCain and Obama families:
1. McCain graduated 894th in an 899 member class at the Naval Academy.
Obama graduated with high honors in his Harvard Law class.
2. McCain married Cindy about one month after he broke up his first family.
Obama, married once, close family.
3. Cindy McCain, daughter of a rich beer distributor, has confessed an
addiction to drugs and to stealing drugs.
4. Michelle Obama, Barack's wife, from a poor family, has degrees from
Princeton and Harvard Law School.
McCain looked shaky and old, trying to control his temper. He and Palin really scare me. A psychiatric exploration of Palin, I think, would uncover multiple pathologies.

I'm not working in a political campaign. I am a conservative Christian, but I will vote for Obama. He has run a brilliant campaign which I hope is indicative of the way he'd manage our nation. McCain's campaign has been sloppy, erratic, with a murky version of Bush economics. Since he seems to know little except war, all McCain can do is savagely attack and libel Obama.
Also, McCain has an extremely immoral personal past. Cindy, his wife, confessed to drug addiction and theft of drugs. There's Palins's pregnant, teenage, unmarried daughter,Bristol. If McCain wins, can you imagine the tabloid headlines? Constant jokes about Sarah Palin's lack of knowledge. Questions about McCain's adulteries. Will Cindy be back on drugs? Will the 18 year old shotgun groom stay with Bristol? What a terrible example for young people.
