Searchlight Harry has a lower approval rating than both Bush and McCain besides the fact that he can't find his rear end on a bright Nevada sunny day with both hands. In most cases he has foot in mouth disease that can't be cured.

When you really get down to it Congress put totally together wouldn't have an IQ over 100. Plus most are lawyers which thrive on debate and controversy.
