I rent houses out and heres what i screen for.
1. Child Support arrearages.
2. Evictions Or Judgements.
3. Sexual Offenders.

I also dont own property in the casino industry area so i will not rent to those who depend on tips as there wage (reason being I cant get my money through garnishment) the laws in my area will only allow me to garnish a small % of a 2.75 an hour job.
And i have found that it is easier to get a Judgement than it is to collect on it.

I guess these youths have justified that they are getting what was owed to them, Doesn't say much about the parents of these kids allowing them to be out so late either, If the victum was a wealthy NFL Player would the police have found the ones responsible by now.

These folks saying the kids will be hurt are using them as sheilds. Seems like a win win to me if you comply then you will recieve, and what does one have to do to comply that is so objectionable anyhow, like show proof of applications being fill out showing up for interviews when notified, I bet not one person who showed up for the meeting stopped at burger king and filled out an application on the way!
And these protesters show me your pay stub where the government takes out these funding fees,Thats right do you even have a job because if you did you would want to reduce the amount coming out of yours Huh!
I don't even need a job and i spent 40 min. reading the employment section of this paper alone. And If your children are not enough motivation for you to work toward complying then you are making them suffer not me so don't victomize me using your children as a weapon.

Amen brother before the quarterly profits of the so called upstanding corporations came in to the picture you could actualy win from time to time, How long has it been since you heard of someone winning a major jackpot? A year or so, Ten years ago you would here about someone winning at least every four or five months.
The owners feel better calling it entertainment but its not its gambling and i want a game that will allow me to win some, i used to go to vegas with 1500.00 and play all week long on it and pay for the room too with meals but the greedy corps want it in two days.
At least when the mobs owned the place you would win and be payed as long as you didnt cheat.

I bought a Hyundai Elantra for 15,800. and it gets 40 mpg at 60 mph on the highway.

Why can't the nuclear waste be stored where it's being used? And waste is deemed no longer potent enough to use as a fuel and people are opposed to it being transported across this nations highways or railways because of potential hazards, How did it arrive at the plant to begin with? It had to arrive the same way right! when it is even more dangerous, And yet no one oppose's that. Mccain says sure dump it there in NV. But dont carry it through his state.
Sounds like he wants to take care of the bread and butter if he does'nt win the oval office.
That is the problem the ones who get the benifit should have to store it there. How many nuclear plants are in NV. any how?
Are the states with these Nuclear plants helping NV. with water issues for the benifit of nevadans if not why should we help them! Huh!
