I wonder if this is a case of Murder or a case of true love.
If this is what they both wanted.
The deed would be a Mighty Brave thing to do for a wife that he loved so much.

Are some people geting confused just because it is American Engineered doesn't mean that it is American made. The Toyota Tundra is American made, Hyundai Sonata is also American made, Some people talk of protectionism but contradict themselves when standing at the pump filling ther tank with arab oil that doesn't contain ethanol,Ethanol that is made here in America by Americans and sold to the oil companys.
It was my understanding that the program was also to reduce the amount of fuel that would have to be imported, This program will save 168 Million barrels of oil being imported thats why gas prices are going down and isn't it nice to know that some arab is standing in the unemployment line instead of an American.

Malicious Destruction of Private Property in this case is a misdemeanor and it wasn't committed in the presence of Police.
Uhhhhh! it was the police that shot the BB gun and had to be witnessed, On or off duty your still a police officer and should conduct yourself as such,
All persons involved should be held accountable, no one gets a pass.

California didn't ban the import of electricity from boulder dam, why would someone even suggest banning imported commodities from other states,
Why? would you suggest banning it if the demand is greater then what you can already supply?
I'am glad to see that the Gov. seen that attempt as a disservice to the people of the state.

Mr. Brox
This is how the program works, You will have a hearing by a Nevada State Judge, At witch time you can plead Guilty or Not Guilty, Then if you plead Not Guilty you will be give an opportuity to hire Legel counsel and prepare your case for arguement before a jury of piers,If found guilty you will be required to complete the program in a correctional facility,
and any restitution will come from your assets being liquidated.
