There is an easy solution RIGHT NOW. The problem is most hospitals are more interested in there bottom line rather than a patients life. The Medizone company makes a product that makes an operating room or a patients room 99.9999% sterile. it can even kill anthrax spores and is used by the government in its bioterrorism battle. The object of the hospitals is to make money first. Patient health is secondary.

Where do American,Canadian, and British doctors go? To India. We get the throwback Indian doctors in America. You have a better chance of geetting an American doctor in India than you do right here in America. Less red tape, Cheap malpracrice insurance. Many Americans and Canadians go to India for hip replacements and knee replacemants for about 10% of the cost here in America.
your right mycroft6. They are just pikers compared to the 60s. Hundreds of protesters?
Should hav been thousands on an important issue like this.
Sometimes the solutions can be the simpler ones.
Run a pipeline from the ocean into the mojave desert. Go over the San Gabriel mountains like Mullholland did. The pipeline to Vegas is about the same distance as up to the counties where Las vegas wants to draw the water. Use Solar to desalinate the water and generate electicity. reclaim the salt and minerals from the sea water. Sell the distilled water and electricity to Vegas and LA. sell the reclaimed minerals on the open market. Also 30 to 40 percent of America's fresh water use goes to generate electricity by comventional means. Put condensers on these plants, instead of just venting the steam into the atmosphere, and that should solve the water shortage immediately and save the electric companies a bundle of money.
Only losing $628,000? Thats not bad for farming/ranching in this economy. Maybe everyone can appreciate what the American farmer has gone through and is going through again. Pat Mulroy may be a Bxxxx with a capital B, but she is a very good manager and doing her job well. Other Clark County Dept Heads could take a lesson from her.
Harry, Rory, Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. Better steal what little bit the taxpayer has left in his pocket now. Your days are limited.
One of the problems is using substandard labor. and then trying to sell a $300,000.00 for over a million. The gravy train for these type of shoddy builders is over.
to Marshall, Thanks for the info. I only get the Sun online. I stand corrected.
