Excuse me Gamblndan but you might try a little less misinformation when you post your next assault.
Try getting the history straight.
The votes on NAFTA and China PNTR took place BEFORE John Edwards was a member of the US Senate.
Almost every Democrat in the Senate voted for no child left behind because it promised additional aid to public schools. Other flaws have emerged since. Most Democratic Senators, even those who originally supported the act now want it changed. John Edwrads also wants it changed.
So I have to ask what you do with new information Gamblndan?
Do you continue to support flawed policy or change your position?
Inasmuch as the Patriot Act is concerned it was passed with only 1 or 2 dissenting votes. It was passed in the panicky days immediately after 9/11.
And about that big house, I should point out that John Edwards lived more of his life like an average American than any other candidate in either party. Edwards earned that big house.
Apparently you would have attacked both Franklin Roosevelt and John Kennedy because they lived in big houses and how about that wealthy trial lawyer who owned a fine mansion in Springfield who was elected in 1860, you gonna attack him too?
Your erroneous, misleading comments are what we would expect from a Republican.
John Edwards is the only legitimate Democrat running for the nomination. This country needs, more than anything else, a real Democrat in the White House.
