I work at st rose sienna and can tell you personally that CNA did not Raid us. WE called them and helped organize, to get CNA in and SEIU out. The main reasons is for SEIU making back door deals with Sienna Hospital that denies union members of filing grievances, stealing members dues money to promote riged elections, which jane is now under investigation for by the Nevada Labor Board, lack of union representation, we havent had an organizer come through our hospital in months from SEIU but now that CNA showed up, the hospital is swarming with them. As far as contracts go if you were to look over CNA's and compare them with SEIU you would see that they are far superior than SEIU's on top of that Sienna changed our health care providers which up our coverage cost by more than 100 dollars a month, and they did it against SEIU's contract. NOW HAS SEIU FIXED IT NOOOOOOOOOO. This is a few of the reasons Seinna Nurses are Changing Unions. AND YOU CAN QOUTE ME ON THIS "NEVADA HOSPITALS WILL FOLLOW US" we are the best hospitals in the valley and when the switch is made, all other Nevada hospitals will follow us
