Why should BofA do more now? They already did more by bowing to the liberal legislatures who said high risk people should be able to buy houses. Now they are defaulting and it's the banks duty to make all well?
What we need are real penalties for running up your bills because you just had to have that 5 bedroom house, the new Wii, the super large widescreen TV, the DVD collection that rivals Blockbuster's inventory, the new computers, and the his & hers SUV's in the driveway. Enough of this just file bankruptcy and watch all your foolishness go away.
Who do you fools think have to make good for the losses of the banks? WE ALL DO ! ! ! ! ! !
We do it in the fees, and charges, and low interest rates on savings that we are assessed.
We are already being targeted. Every time the police are called to investigate a suspicious package, or abandoned suitcase, someone is watching. They are taking notes, studying our procedures. Planning.
Why do you think in the middle east, when one bomb goes off and injures a number of people, another goes off after emergency response folks arrive on scene.
They have studied the procedures of the police, emergency medical teams. Watched the actions of the uninjured responding to help the not so lucky.
Thanks Pinky. When the terrorists strike here, we'll remember how you shuffled off the alarm.
So there were 350 folks who got a free ride in a CC emergency vehicle. That's less than one a day.
Has anyone stopped to consider how many people they are going to hire to run the billing department?
By the time they get done with equipment, floor space, staff, supervisors, directors, expenses, etc, if they are lucky, they MIGHT break even. Most likely, it will end up coming out of the taxpayers pocket.
Another BOONDOGGLE!
A little known news fact is that within hours of NASA announcing water on the moon, the Southern Nevada Water District began drawing up plans and proposals to build a pipeline to tap the massive amounts of water expected to be found there.

What did they expect? You market yourself to the trailer trash of America with $19 rooms, then get upset when they bring their own food and drink in a cooler? They are lucky they didn't bring livestock into their rooms.
