I am not in favor of reopening F street. But you have to ask yourself, if they do reopen it, aren't they admitting they screwed up the project in the first place? And if they did screw it up, why are they going to get an award?

Maybe the schools should cut their hugh overhead costs, spend more money on the kids and not worry about social issues. Be honest, do you think stopping a kid from getting a drivers license, (I did not say stopping them from driving, because we all know it will happen), will make any difference in the graduation rate.
