Well when the statistics for October or November will be down but not dramatically I believe. My husband and I are buying a new home and the house won't be done till Nov. but we locked our rate for 90 days which when we close in mid Nov. and we will still get the down payment assistance. It will show as a "sold" home for Nov right?

That is actually not a bad price. Plus she has competition that night, Britney Spears is suppose to perform @ the Mandalay Bay. Now those tickets are outrageous. :)
