Everyday all across the USA people of all colors intertwine. They work together, play together, marry each other, are best friends together (Scotto and OJ just one example) but when it comes to jury selection suddenly they are not peers. If only a jury of the same color can be impartial to a defendant of the same color, why are we marrying, working with each other and living our everyday lives together? I sure wouldn't want to marry or be friends with someone who wasn't partial to me. Wakeup people, we are the Human Race.
