I got quite a chuckle reading this as Jon Ralston is the quintessential elitist who perpetually talks down to what few readers he has.
How come the TV is twice as big in the first square (in relation to the people watching it) as it is in the second one?
People are going to vote against Dina Taxes because of her tax-and-spend positions, not her accent (as grating as it might be).
But as long as we're talking about it, how can someone who has lived in Nevada for 30 years still talk with such a drawl?
