He's a retired police officer, The police association will tell you that he has PTSD. He will get off since they have David Rogers in their pocket.
Well we don't have to worry about Mr.Rogers prosecuting the police officer, since he now works for them. Since when is it a crime to run. Just another black man the police wanted to murderer.They plan on doing this all along. While the black police officers just stand by and let it happen.
The police are out of control, they have declared open season on young black men. They have David Rogers in there pocket, He should resign now. The NAACP are just a bunch of uncle toms. That does nothing to help the black community. They might walk around with a sign protesting for a day. But thats it. THEY ARE USELESS.
