Yeah. Go Burger King and public school!
Gorman 62.
Del Sol 21.
"how come your not on the field?"
An obvious product of Nevada public schools.
Fail.
'nuff said.
The game was never in doubt, but I have to say people can say what they want about how Gorman recruits and this and that, but the cheap shot body slam by Del Sol followed by the cheering from the coaches and the crowd was completely classless. No matter how much you dislike your opponent, that kind of play is an absolute disgrace and to cheer it on, even worse.
Del Sol had a few players that should have been ejected, but hey, it was likely the last time many of them will ever play football again, so let them end their career on the field.
Hats off to Gorman for a game well-played. One clown on Del Sol's sideline held a sign that said "we didn't buy our way"....well, LOL...at least you kids didn't mess up the spelling on the sign. We'll enjoy our 'paid' championship. And Del Sol should be glad they were even in this game (considering the horrible referee mistake against Basic).
Well a lot of the questions you ask nobody would know, what does it really matter what their religion is? If they win today, of course it's fair. The rules are in place to make it fair. Don't like the system? Move the #(#! out of Nevada and go somewhere where you think it's fair.
Every year, there's always that assortment of morons who cry about how unfair it is. But face it people, Vegas generally is a cesspool of failure and most of your kids will never amount to much after high school anyways. Stop hating on a place that tries to build winners and accept the fact that mediocrity isn't accepted at Gorman. Sorry if your kid wasn't supposedly "hand-picked", but not everyone is good enough to go there.
"Simply stating facts." Looked more like a bunch of stupid questions.
And enjoy your last state title appearance for a long, long time. It took a blown call to even get you in there. We'll be back much sooner.
P850...surrrrrre you can.
And I'm sure those public schools are just wonderful, safe, great places for kids!!! Good job with your selection!

Did he play against Gorman? For some strange reason I can't remember seeing any running back crossing the line of scrimmage. Surely the top player in the state would've at least gained a couple yards so he must've been sick or something that day.
