Once again the paid leadership of Local 1107 has shown it reaps what it sows, the executive director of this local has made it clear to rank and file members that only the opinions of the paid "leadership" are valid. SEIU International is taking control of all locals across the country and the Executive Director of local 1107 is a part of that process.
Local 1107 will remain in turmoil until control of the union is taken back by the rank and file members who value the worker over the agenda of highly paid union staff.
