The real question is: why have there been 40+ lawsuits filed to get that information from BO? No such thing has been demanded of any other Presidential or Vice-Presidential candidate in our history. I don't think any of them had even been asked to provide a birth certificate, much less submit one to forensic analysis. Why him? And why on no evidence at all?

Have you read any of those lawsuits, or summaries of them? Complete conspiracy theorist garbage! A collection of the wackiest theories imaginable. All the opposing lawyers have to do is ask the judge to follow the law, and the lawsuits are thrown out as frivolous.

Those requirements only apply if the child was born overseas, and only for a specific time period (the laws have changed over the years). And there is no legal requirement for both parents to be U.S. citizens.

Despite what AKsilvereagle said, a natural born citizen is merely one who was a citizen at birth. A naturalized citizen is one who becomes a citizen after birth. Being born in this country, or being born overseas where one or both parents are US citizens (some additional conditions may apply) makes you a natural born citizen.

I keep seeing the claim that his sister has a Hawaiian Certification, but I've never seen any documentation to support that. Do you have any?

Like you, and many others, they have trouble keeping track of the correct terminology. The Certification of Live Birth is Hawaii's official birth certificate. From your link: "The standard 'Certification of Live Birth' that Hawai'i health officials now issue....The modern-day birth certificates issued to anyone seeking their Hawai'i birth records have spaces for the names and races of the parents, as well as information such as the time of birth." It's good for any official purpose, including getting a passport and proving citizenship.

So you've rebuked nothing.

And why do "The People" (LMAO) demand that of this President and no other?
