Why isn't UNLV all over Chambers trying to hire him as the head coach for the baseball program? Im sure Chambers could deliver a better product on the field than there currently is...
Isn't this how the big dogs do it? Don't pay your bill and then settle in court for a considerably less amount?
Just sell to Boyd already....
Great article Coach! I just purchased that 87 Elite Eight game against Iowa. Those guys are just a joy to watch. So athletic and they played fast. My brother -in-law grew up in Iowa and he has mentioned how devastated they were after Iowa gave up that big lead and eventually the game. I couldn't help but smile.
Exactly Gats. People this is our city and City Center is a prominent fixture that could be pivotal in our city's recuperation. Why not support it and hope for the best? This same City Center is providing numerous jobs for our acquaintances, friends and or family. So I challenge you to have some pride in our city, rethink your position and provide support for a better Las Vegas. That is all.
Hey Miech,
Outstanding job on the rebel videos. They are well done and I enjoy watching them. Keep em' coming.

Seriously, someone needs to call Lou Holtz about the opening.
As fans I feel we should take some responsibility for the situation and provide support for change as opposed to only bickering vocally.
Therefore I propose the following:
Should BYU win tonights game vs UNLV and J Koloskie fires Sanford on the spot or shortly thereafter THEN I will personally purchase two tickets for each of the three remaining UNLV home games.
Individually this doesn't sound like much but collectively as fans this could provide some incentive for the change we need.
If Koloskie takes the jump and fires Sanford mid season then he needs to know that we have got his back.

Coach, I just now read up the Richie Adams story. It is an unfortunate case of wasted talent. I would like to express that I was very touched by the many ways you tried to help him even after his career at UNLV was over. Specifically, the plane tickets, the job opportunity and the request to the governor. You are a genuine and caring man on and off the court, which is how you will be remembered.
