You didn't see the pain this INNOCENT MAN had to endure because of what these people did to him. He would still be alive if they had treated him for a life threatnening blood disorder, HEMOCROMATOSIS that was easily treatable and preventable. tHEY NEW FOR YEARS HE HAD THIS AND DID NOT TREAT HIM. MASTO KNEW THIS TOO. She also knew that another man, Ricky Lee Zarsky was responsible for the crime and not Nolan Klein. This is all of public record. The Wrongful Death Suit will NEVER BE SETTLED AS LONG AS MASTO IS IN OFFICE. I AM CONSIDERING ASKING FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO TAKE BACK ALL OF THE FEDERAL MONIES GIVEN TO THE STATE OF NEVADA. That would include all monies given to prisons, unemployment, education, etc. IF MASTO AND THE NEVADA SUPREME COURT JUSTICES, DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S WANT TO VIOLATE ONES FUNDAMENTAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT, AT THE EXPENSE OF AN INNOCENT PERSON'S LIFE, then this state deserves what they get if they want to continue to vote for these people who want to break the law in order to protect the wrong doings of their own.

SHE NEGLECTS TO STATE THAT TRAVIS BARRICK WAS PROTESTING AT AN ABORTION CLINIC THAT WERE PERFOMING ILLEGAL LATE TERM ABORTIONS. HE WAS ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING, NOT FOR HARRASSING WOMEN. MASTO MAKES THE AD APPEAR AS THOUGH HE WAS FONDLING WOMEN. THAT IS SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH. VOTE MASTO OUT OF OFFICE

Masto should worry about what is happening in her own backyard. On Monday she is about to be hit with a WRONGFUL DEATH suit of an innocent man, Nolan Klein, who spent 21 years and 5 days in prison for a crime he did not commit. Masto was given the documents months before his death that showed that the prosecuting attorney, Ron Rachow, made notes in the DA's file that he was not turning over any of the Exculpatory evidence that showed another man committed the crime. She let Nolan die in prison. She did not notify the 9th circuit court of appeals with the newly discovered evidence. She did not contact Judge Adams with the newly discovered evidence. Insteat she conspired to conceal the crime and let him die in prison. A hearing was held on 9-30-2010 in Judge Flanagan's court and she did not even show up. We've asked for a Grand Jury investigation into the all attorney's involved in this case and the State Bar be contacted. We've asked for them to be prosecuted and disbard for obstruction of Justice. DA Rogers was given documents to and under the new supreme Court regulation he was required to take aciton against Masto, and several other, but he did not. The info is a public record under the Advisory Commission on the Administration of Justice minutes of January and March 30, 2010.
