Of course, it would, boftx, but we both know that's not what any of this is really all about.
I love it. All women, regardless of who they work for, will have the option of birth control coverage.
Insurance companies would much rather pay for contraception than pregnancies. It is far cheaper to provide birth control pills. This shouldn't jack up the coverage at all. After all, most insurance companies already provide such coverage. It's just the bishops deciding to act like this is violating their religious freedoms, when in fact they would like to restrict the freedom of women to have access to birth control.
You'd think the right would figure out that women are simply not going to stand for people screwing with their reproductive health after the whole Komen/Planned Parenthood fiasco.

They have heard that it will be taken in one fell swoop. It's now February and teachers are scared. They have bills to pay and student loans to pay back.

Here is a problem that some teachers have to deal with regarding administration in their schools: The principal won't release the test data to teachers regarding students who failed the proficiency test. After griping about it, the principal finally lets the teachers go in and copy by hand the test data instead of giving them a copy of it. How are teachers supposed to know what areas students are having a problem with if they aren't allowed to see the data? Why is a principal making it more difficult for teachers to do their jobs? What good is data if teachers aren't allowed to use it or have to fight to get it? This happening in one of the turnaround schools.
Peter Fritz: That "Kenyan" crap is so 2008.
Way to go, allaroundtown, on completely screwing up the saying. It is "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach. "Who" is used when discussing people. Here are the definitions for "cant": http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/c...
PGelsman: Yes, she did, but that's supposed to be "different."
Say what?!? There were handicapped parking spaces way before the Americans with Disabilities Act.
