This is Good news. Was downtown one night last year and was starving and really wanted a couple of slices from uncle joes. Got there 3 minutes after closing, door was locked. Owner saw me came and let me in and I got my pizza fix. Only a small independent biz would do that. Whoever the lawyer was, thank you for finding that clause in the lease.

Legalize it and tax it now. Waste of tax payer money to pursue these cases.

They should go buy up all those unused hotel rooms in binions and turn it into affordable housing. Without affordable housing this whole project is flawed. And no I don't consider 2000 a month lofts that these developers want to build affordable. It seems to me downtown is only a place the wealthy can afford to live. Right now the dtlv project is like a commuter college wanting to provide the full college experience. Just can't be done if most of your residents live outside of downtown.

Hey tvegas, it's another fine example of mediocrity produced from the Fertitta family corporate circus. They probably hired a friend of a friends kid to design the interface on an out dated version of Corel draw to save a couple bucks. That's how they roll over there in ultimate/stations land.
