I know I am very late to this chain but everyone but RPJ must realize that Henry Cheng OWNS this property and he can decide what he wants to do with it ... he invested HIS money ... don't we live in a capitalistic society? Or does everyone bow down to what they don't like or can't afford or what 'society' doesn't seem appropriate?
