Still don't understand the NEED for a plea deal for these defendants.
West Las Vegas is an historic neighborhood in Las Vegas, Nevada. This 3.5 sq mi (9.1 km2) area is located northwest of the "Spaghetti Bowl" interchange of I-15 and US 95. It is also known as Historic West Las Vegas and more simply, the Westside.[1] The area is roughly bounded by Carey Avenue, Bonanza Road, I-15 and Rancho Drive.[2][3]
These people should get maximum penalties. No plea deals. I don't understand what the impetus is for the government to allow a plea deal in such a heinous crime?

@chuck333 Agreed, how is it in the best interest of the People of the State of Nevada to accept a plea deal in her case?
Saw a firefighter filling up a Fire Truck at the gas station. Wanted to pull over and ask him how that overtime was going?
Dear Lord, he pleads not guilty just so that he can get a deal after the trial drags out? GUILTY, DEATH PENALTY. FAST-TRACK.
lol, what a bunch of fools.
@Turrialba In other words. The Tax District could be temporary until the development is complete. The taxes would be imposed on the area itself so in essence, the University Community and the development would pay for itself. Paid for by the people that use it. What is the problem?
