West Las Vegas is an historic neighborhood in Las Vegas, Nevada. This 3.5 sq mi (9.1 km2) area is located northwest of the "Spaghetti Bowl" interchange of I-15 and US 95. These people should get maximum penalties. No plea deals. I don't understand what the impetus is for the government to allow a plea deal in such a heinous crime?
