When you buy a home with an HOA you sign the CC&Rs , you agree to them and become part of the HOA. The residents elect the members of the board of the HOA and the HOA hires the management company that handles and helps oversee the money and legal affairs of the HOA. HOAs are a form of government as such people that don't participate throw rocks from afar.

HOAs all over this town are forcing bank owned, abandoned properties to be repaired and maintained helping secure quality of life for those that chose to stay in their homes.

1) HOAs are made up of the people who live in them. If you don't want to live in an HOA don't buy a home that is in one. If you live in an HOA get involved and make your community better.

2) Senator Copening is my Senator and not Bob Beers , nuff said.

I wonder if there are more than zero jobs created by this project funded by the stimulus.

I have had numerous republican friends and business associates tell me they will vote for Harry Reid.

Had a business meeting yesterday with a long time associate who has been a republican in Nevada for 35 plus years and when I asked her who she was voting for she said "Ron between you and me I must do whats best for our state and our country, I'm going to vote for Harry Reid".

The last election cycle brought all kinds of people together to work on a common goal.

As a Democrat this election cycle is giving me new respect for my Republican friends that are doing what is best for our state and our country and voting for Harry Reid.

This is no BS on my part, I have talked with many Republican friends and business associates that are voting for Senator Reid. I respect them and admire them for doing the right thing.

Thank you fellow Nevadans.

And my friends there are rational, good hearted, intelligent republicans voting for whats good for Nevada and voting for Harry Reid.

So there are jobs created in Las Vegas with "the failed stimulus package" our republican friends keeping talking about?

The federal economic stimulus legislation that every single republican candidate says has not created a single job?

Let's invite Mrs. Angle and Dr. Heck to the topping off to share a few words with the crowd of construction workers gathered.
