Mr. Schoenmann - Thanks for sharing the information about self-help centers. This is a national trend and it's going to take buy-in from everyone. Most courts will continue to recommend attorneys because attorneys are trained to look out for the pitfalls and understand people's rights. But courts also realize that individuals have the right to represent themselves and it shouldn't be an automatic loss because you're not represented. RFW
