wentwent: The Republicans better come up with a candidate soon. Televangelists Perry and Bachman aren't going to cut it with intelligent republican voters. Romney and Huntsman, as good as they are, are going to have a religious problem of another type. The rest of the field is toast. The only electable candidate dropped out.

U.S. Department of Health & Human Services
February 17, 2011
"Today, more than 300 special agents from OIG, in partnership with federal and state agencies across the country, are making more than a hundred arrests on charges of health care fraud," said Daniel R. Levinson, Health & Human Services Inspector General. "Over the last two years our joint efforts have more than quadrupled the number of anti-fraud Strike Force teams operating in fraud hot spots around the country from two to nine, with the latest additions Chicago and Dallas, bringing hundreds of charges against criminals who had billed Medicare for hundreds of millions of dollars. Last year alone, our partnership recovered a record $4 billion on behalf of taxpayers. From 2008-2010, every dollar the Federal Government spent under its Health Care Fraud and Abuse Control programs averaged a return on investment of $6.80," said HHS Secretary Sebelius.
The Medicare Fraud Strike Force operations are part of the Health Care Fraud Prevention & Enforcement Action Team (HEAT), a joint initiative announced in May 2009 between the Department of Justice and HHS.
You founding fathers experts give me a chuckle every time. Please keep interpreting what some very great thinkers thought 235 years ago with your spot on analysis.
I use to think Dems were the party of the spineless but Boehner's inability to stand up to the Tea Party debt ceiling terrorists takes the cake.
Michael Casler; Fox News unabashadly blames the nation's economic woes exclusively on President Obama. To continue to allow Fox to divide the country with their bias towards all Democrats, and to aid the Republican Party by acting as their exclusive propaganda arm is not in the country's best interests.
I appreciate and agree with your comments and my letter was not solely intended to place blame, but to bring perspective to the causes of our situation and to point out that the President is doing well given the extreme conditions he faced when he came into office, and given the divisive state of the political climate created by the lack of intelligence of Fox "contributors."
