It is very Sad! Maybe it's time for first time buyer/s to keep the economy going? How about us who are casualties of economic meltdown? What's the best thing to do? Stay in our homes paying full mortgage of 2006-2007 Price? or move to the same house to rent, for a small monthly? Help I am drowning.
Good idea. Can you please print the requirements for mediation? Who conduct the mediation? Thanks for your Article.
We also want to appreciate Ms. Evelyn Daumayer- our TBVSC President and her husband for tirelessly represented us all the way to all meetings with the City Council when we cannot attend due to our very demanding job. Evelyn you're the best we ever have in Tuscany Village. You're simply the best!
I can't THANK YOU ENOUGH! for being on our (Residents) side on NV-Electric line issue in our neigborhood. When I moved here 3 years ago in Tuscany Village, and start knowing the City of Henderson, I already feel at home from Redondo Beach, CA--I mean, We should keep the "Quality of Life" that all Tuscany Residents have tried to keep here, just come see us again soon. Again, Thanks a trillion!
P.S.
PLEASE DON'T LET THE the 120-145 feet tall plus 20 more wires (Eectrical wiring)to pass TUSCANY illuminate US especially our CHILDREN playing in the grounds.
Just want to thank Rhodes Homes for building quality homes here in Henderson, these builders attracted better, tax paying population in the neighborhood. Tuscany Village and Golf, improved the School and population in Henderson. Most homeowners are "out of towners", nice and law-abiding citizens>
Again thanks Rhodes Homes for job well done!
In fairness to Rhodes Homes, YES! they are good builders ( I live in one of their community- it's one of the best here in LV) and he should get paid good. The Lender just don't get it, NV is burn down to the crisp. Give Jim a break, it's not his fault that this economy is b.....it, Somebody has to fix these lending industry asap before all of us die. I suggest we all RE-SET our loans and Principal Amount (Thanks to the new property Tax-re-set). Where are the smart people in America?
Dr.Makabenta was an excellent Doctor. I am new in Nevada from California and found "Healthcare" here in Nevada is far better than California.
Those people who doesn't appreciate the care they get from local practitioners, they should try other states or countries.

You guys, be nice! We all are in the same boat. You cannot cry over spelled milk. All homeowners in Tuscany...move on! Let's take care of our Community. Let's plant more flowers in places where some did not survive! Let's donate again some money(or goods-for garage sale, so our Social Club will again have some funds) for all these things THAT NEED TO BE FUNDED FOR OUR FORTHCOMING EVENTSs, still continue to re-unite all our family to enjoy Tuscany Village. Let's be all POSITIVE!
