The best prison director Nevada ever had was George Sumner. He was a no nonsense guy that ran a tight ship. Nothing wrong with bringing in an outsider with a new perspective. Keep all those Director positions vacant and save the salaries and perks. Put the deputy directors in charge. Eliminate the commissions and boards. Especially the Wildlife Commission.
