Wow. Two whole people supporting the Gov. That must be reassuring to the re-election team.
So, the Gov's trying to fix regulations botched by an office under his purview to make some cheap political points and to distract us all from Dawn's interview in Reno Magazine.

Come on, Jon! The real reason you're predicting that special session in mid-January is because Gibbons will need the spectacle of the session to cover up some of the damage from the divorce hearing in late December.
I'm guessing hourly text messages for a month consisting of sweet nothings and budget advice.
