LKNaked if these "patients" are so independent and can came and go as they please. Then why aren't they at home or in an apartment taking care of themselves? If they are in charge of their own medication then why was medication found in places it had no business being in?

If it was daycare center for children, and abuse of any kind was going on, those in charge would have been hauled off to jail immediately with the DA filing charges. The "center" would be then closed down.

I have and my friends have shown up to shows in Vegas (ie Roger Waters, The Stones) about 1/2 hour before show time and have gotten great seats for face value or less. The scalpers don't get all the tickets.
Cynical... I have seen plenty of shows in la for cost, try getting up in the morning and getting the tickets at tickmaster when they go on sale.......
Shows in Vegas cost a lot more than they do in LA or the Bay Area.......
This is view is also based on experience..when I use to live in the bay area I would see easily 60 to 80 shows a year......(my finances were good at that time)
I have probably seen it least 600 shows in my 44 years here on earth......approximately 300 were Grateful Dead/Jerry Garcia Band......
