I think the Congresswoman is a fabulous choice. Thank you Senator Reid and thank you Congresswoman for all you have done and all you will continue to do. You are a wonderful public servant and we are lucky to have you.
Term limits were and remain a terrible idea. It prevents the voters from selecting the most qualified person for the job. I am so grateful that we don't have them on the federal level so we can choose experienced, well qualified people like Congresswoman Berkley and Senator Reid.
We all saw what a terrible loss it was to the Senate when Senator Kennedy died. Now, in Nevada, we are creating the equivalent huge holes that can never be filled - an entire legislature full of people in training and then, just when they are finally comfortable and competent procedurally, term limits kick in.
That is SO funny.
Good grief. The man is delusional at best if he thinks he will make it through a primary. How does one become that detached from reality?
I can't believe these ridiculous comments - you are talking about the security precautions taken for all Presidents - where were you when George Bush and Dick Cheney traveled and had airspace violations that required military intervention? The security of our elected officials is something that I cannot believe is a partisan issue and following 911 I would think every American with a shred of decency would be appalled at any airspace violation involving our heads of state, whoever they are and whichever party they belong to.
Hysterical story. Since he has no problem lying under oath I think they can prove he's actually a Republican.
Now I know for sure I was right to support this bill. If he's against it that means it is good for the ordinary citizens of Nevada. Rock on Reps. Titus and Berkley who actually stand with people - Gibbons will do his best to protect big bidness - he always has, he always will.
Thank you for standing with the people and not with the insurance companies. Thank you for standing with the President and not with John Boehner. Thank you thank you. God Speed Congresswoman - God Speed.
Now that's rich! Governor Nitwit giving advice to a wildly popular Congresswoman who is about 100 times smarter than he is.

Mr. Stivers. That isn't crickets - it is frustrated silence. I speak for a lot of my Democratic friends when I say we have a plan - it is called Medicare. The Affordable Health Care Act made some fixes, we would charge Medicare tax on ALL income. We would open Medicare to all citizens to increase the size and ages of the pool. Then we would work on cost curves, but seriously we believe in Medicare so it isn't crickets it's our inability to understand why you would take a safety net program that has served the country so well for so long and shred it.
