Locally owned and independent for more than 50 years.
I am surprised that the cost of water is so low in a desert. My monthly water bill is about $90. a month, give or take... depending on the season.
Anyway, I love to visit your beautiful area but I don't think that I'd do well living there. I'd sure miss the wintery Christmas season.
