Who enters an HOA voluntarily? Nobody! We just want to buy a house...it comes with the darn HOA. The disclosure of what we are getting into is hidden in hundreds of pages of garbage.
As far as HOAs keeping up the value...that is a lie. A study published by Harvard University said that HOAs do NOT add value to our homes!!!
They are a scam that benefit the developer and the municipality. They are pathological because they then attract losers into feeling as if they have some power and will do anything to perpetrate the things.

Tell ya what KEN HILL...let the FBI come in and go through your books, and supervise your next election...then we will take you and your HOA seriously!
I thought HOAs kept up property values...just another lie exposing what a scam HOAs really are
