Since 1999 Seattle has had to suffer looking at the Experience Music Project, another Frank Gehry abortion. When I lived and worked in Seattle, I had to look at this "building" every day. It's not too late to stop another Gehry building in Las Vegas.

Yes, I feel your pain. Maintaining rentals keeps me busy repairing coolers.
One thing to remember: If you have a gun collection, tools, or anything made of steel that will rust, be sure and use plenty of oil and seal things in air-tight containers. The added humidity from a swamp cooler will ruin and rust things. Just wondering - why is the swamp cooler sitting next to an AC unit on the roof?
