You are misinformed. I have had the opportunity to work in several of the local hospitals as a contractor in the construction trade. There is a wide variety of people from all backgrounds working in these facilities. They also create jobs for locals when they build and remodel the hospitals. I guess what is more important than race is the willingness to do the job and provide medical care for nasty people that are not happy with anything.
