I have been a patient of Dr. Buckwalters' for over 6 years, and my experiences could not be more different than what this article describes.
Dr. Buckwalter has a wonderful bedside manner and always took the time to examine me thoroughly and answer any questions I had. He always made me feel like I was his most important patient, and in today’s cattle call medical office environment that is very rare.
I agree with the previous comment, Dr. Buckwalter may have been too trusting of degenerates like Mr. Hammond, who completely fail to take responsibility for their own actions. How can Mr. Allen describe Mr. Hammond as an "executive" and then say he was not aware that pain killers could be addictive? I find that hard to believe.
On only one occasion that I can recall have I received any kind of pain medicine from Dr. Buckwalter, and this instance was after a car accident. Even then, he examined me, prescribed a low dose and a limited quantity, and did not provide a refill.
My experiences with Dr. Buckwalter have been very positive. There are some very strong accusations in this article, and I wanted to share who I know Dr. Buckwalter to be.
