Failures of David Ashley:
His college was not raided by the Nevada Attorney General (CSN, not so lucky)
He does not employ four indicted people who still receive their full salaries at taxpayer's expense
He failed to destroy the lives of countless UNLV employees and students
He failed to kiss the butt's of VIP's whose egos couldn't tolerate the fact that Ashley is an accomplished engineer; the green-eyed monster lives in Vegas!
He failed to employ his scumbag racist buddies
He failed to kiss Lord Rogers and the BOR's feet and butt
He failed to lie and steal UNLV funds
He failed to betray the oath of his office

David Ashley failed at all of those things. Apparently the recently departed Richard Carpenter is more of the liking of the BOR; they were silent when Richard Carpenter committed mayhem on CSN. Why didn't they speak up then? Chickensh**s! No decent self-respecting educator would dare step foot on the grounds of UNLV as long as the current band of despicable losers runs it.

CSN's attorney had only to wait 24 hours before the next scandal erupted at CSN when the CSN Police chief Sandy Seda was arrested and escorted off campus by police officers with dogs. Anne Zemek de Dominguez is herself under investigation for stealing 85k from the college.

How pathetic!

CSN faculty and staff are eternally grateful that the Nevada Attorney General's office and the Las Vegas Sun are willing to expose CSN's criminal behavior.

Millions of dollars have been STOLEN with the assistance of Chancellor Rogers and the NV Board of Regents as they have both refused to address the corruption issues at CSN. WHY? Why would a board of 13 seemingly intelligent individuals abdicate their ethics and responsibility as the overseers of the Nevada System of Higher Education? Because the Board only cares about keeping Rogers happy, not the taxpayers they serve.

Rogers' influence on the BOR has been catastrophic for NSHE, it's akin to the Economic Financial Crisis America is facing. The same components are present, greed, massive theft, lack of oversight and no accountability. When will Nevada Taxpayers demand the resignation of the Board of Regents and Rogers? ENOUGH!!!

CSN has finally been exposed as a den of corruption and magnate for thieves. Chancellor Rogers and the Board of Regents have all aided and abetted the thieves in every way imaginable. At a time when Chancellor Rogers is barking, huffing and puffing at the Governor about Higher Education Funding, he and the Board of Regents have intentionally looked the other way to the thievery occurring at CSN. Rogers' dedication to NSHE is nothing but a myth, supported by a BOR only serving to serve themselves.

We are hopeful that the AG's office rewards Rogers, CSN President Mike Richards, VP Patty Charlton, Human Resources Director John Mueller, former President Richard Carpenter, former VP's Rand Key and Jeff Foshee with indictments too. They deserve them!

P.S. Can anyone tell me why Patty Charlton-Dayar, VP of Finance and the person that signed off on all of Bob Gilberts expenditures is still the Vice President? Rogers has fired people for less, so why is Ms. Dayar still in charge?

Why don't you display some integrity by asking Rogers to call in accountants to check the books of NSHE's institutions? Perhaps the problem is not with funding, but with theft at the presidential level, specifically at CSN. Rogers is loath to admit that he made a critical error in judgment by hiring Richard Carpenter, one of the most despicable leaders in College history. Now the taxpayers are being forced to continue to fund Rogers' mistake to the tune of millions to protect his pride. Gibbons, and the legislature should force Rogers to open the books of all of the colleges and universities and bring accountability to a very broken system.

You are providing accountability and transparency regarding the corruption and failed policies at CSN, something the local impotent media investigators in print and broadcast refuse to do. CSN employees, Las Vegas Community… THROW THE BUMS OUT! The Board of Regents have reiterated their commitment to licking the boots of the Megalomaniac/Creature that is James Rogers. The Board of Regents have again capitulated their objectivity, integrity and ethics by electing Mike Richards as the President of CSN. For heavens sake, Mike Richards is an integral part of the disgusting Richard Carpenter regime and is responsible for the continued mayhem at CSN. Daily, CSN faculty suffers the indignities of Richards’s leadership and deviance. We witness rewards offered to faculty and administrators who align themselves with Richards including Alok and Mahima Pandey.

We all know that Mike Richards was selected to help keep the lid on the multiple EEOC 1964 Civil Rights Act, Sexual Harassment, American with Disabilities, Retaliation and Sexism complaints and corruption cases against CSN. Apparently, it was more important to maintain the course of destruction than to bring in a change agent that would have been inclined to "clean house."

It is also apparent that Richard Carpenter promised Mike Richards the job before his departure and Richard Carpenter again seduced Rogers to bend to his will. Rogers behaves like a love-sick school-girl for Richard Carpenter. He is no man but a weak pathetic tyrant.

On June 13, 2007 the Nevada Attorney General raided two CSN campuses and the Finance Office for 15 hours. The home of construction chief, Bob Gilbert was raided for 36 hours. Just two weeks ago, the F.B.I., NV Attorney General and North Las Vegas Sheriff dept. raided CSN for Child Pornography.

Lastly, to the Regents who aspire to higher office, forget it because we will never forget that you allowed Rogers and Carpenter to destroy CSN, an important part of the LV community!
