The rich Ruling Class have all power, the money to purchase justice.. the poor, cannot afford decent lawyers and the expense of going to court.. so they plea bargain, cop out to a charge... even if they are innocent due to threats of Long Term Prison and YOU CAN'T Win attitude of their Public Defender / Idiots who they are given.

Many of these people who are charged only see their court appointed lawyer for a few minutes before trial...
And then, not even in a private room.

The Adam Walsh Act, which is now S.O.R.N.A, Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act is no more than Federally Sanctioned Banishment of a New Class of People, those they label Sex Offender... Just like the did to the Indians, the Blacks, the Jews... and so on...

The act is a complete fit for the violation of Article 1, Section 9 of the United States Constitution...No bill of attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed.

You all will see, if you are not effected by these violations of the constitution, you will see... Everyone's rights are being diminished by closed door policy making.

The federal act said the states must enact similar laws or lose federal funds."

Notice how the Federal Government is blackmaling the states? Pass these laws, or you will lose money.

Is that Extortion, or Blackmail... what would the legal term be for that.

This practice only promotes legislatures, hungry for money for their state, and eager to make a name for themselves to pass ignorant legislation which harms thousands of children and families, effectively making thousands of VICTIMS.

These legislators always talk about the Victim of sex crimes.. holding up some horrific crime which happened recently to shock the voters.. then they get laws passed that make thousands of victims.

I must say, I wished the writer of the article would do a more descriptive explanation of the decision.

In a previous decision....Here it is in slow-mo: Under the new laws, 14-year-old sex offenders can be punished as adults. But a child who is 13 years, 11 months and 29 days can’t. This age distinction, Voy noted, is arbitrary. Without a rational reason for the age cap, the law is a violation of due process, because part of due process is the right to rational law.

Were it not for Voy’s determination, the laws would go into effect July 1. Maggie McCletchie, ACLU of Nevada staff attorney, expects the laws will not be enforced until the Supreme Court hears the appeals. The state’s high court is not expected to rule on the case before July 1.

Unfortunately, their is a new class of citizens in America. They have been

created when George Bush passed a new law that does away with rights of

US citizens by effectively doing away with sections of the United States

Constitution like, Ex Post Facto, Due Process, and others. These laws

effectively banish this new class of people. The new class of people in

America become members of the new class for all kinds of minor

infractions such as Mooning someone in public. Urinating in public. A

teenager having sex with his girl friend can become a Lifetime member of

this new under class of American. A person could have committed a crime

like being 19 and having sex with his 15 year old girl friend THIRTY YEARS

AGO and all of a sudden, he is now under threat of going to prison, forced to

comply with the new laws and becomes a lifetime member of the new

underclass. What is this new underclass of American? They have called it

in the media, the Sex Offender. These laws are totally unconstitutional. They

are retroactive and they have done away with due process. Hopefully the

ACLU will take up this fight and protect all the children, wives, friends and

families who are being harmed by collateral damage. Children being

labeled Sex Offender for the rest of their lives for having sex with other

children, with NO legal remedy.
