Agreed with LCR (and from afar -- Puerto Vallarta, wow!) Rob, what you're doing here is Herculean, and a vital oral history for a devoted group of followers who really care about this program and this history. A heartfelt thank you.

Friends, Tark is loving the player, hating the game! It's a compliment that Duke runs our old offense/defense, and Coach K has always gone out of his way to say nice things about those 1990/1991 teams... but/and I'm positively certain that Tark hated how the media at the time played up the "Good Guys" @ Duke and the "Bad Guys" here. I see no contradictions -- at least none worth getting worked up about.

HUGE loss to the program, but great news for Mr. Cruz. Looking forward to watching him grow in MLS... perhaps someday in a (domed!) soccer-only stadium in LV :)
