My father went to this clinic in October 2006 and Saturday, 3/22/08 we found out that he has a turmor completely blocking his colon with 3 tumors in his liver. One tumor is 5" long. His doctor that perform the procedure on 03/22/08 says there is no way my father's situation got this out of hand in such a short period. They missed the colon cancer in 2006. Now I am in the process of trying to find a surgeon that specializes in liver operations to give my farther a chance to life.
How do these and others sleep at night? What I would like to do to this owner is get every know horrible disease and inject him with it, put him in a cell and make him suffer the diseases. Torture the good doctor for putting his profit over peoples' health and lives at stake.

My father was told in 2006 that he had internal hemorroids. The procedure was done so quickly they didn't catch it, but then again I don't think they really care to find anything. March 22, 2008 we discovered he has Stage 4 Colon Cancer with three tumors in his liver. The doctor that performed this lastest one said that there is no way the cancer could have gotten so progressive from Oct 2006 to March 2008. They just didn't detect it because they short-cutted the procedure time.
I am so angry because of one man's greed, my father must pay with his life. My father has never been sick in his life. He eats a healty diet, exercises and when he noticed symptoms in Oct 2006 he went in to see what was the cause. My father did everything he was suppose to. In 2006 had they caught the growth it would have been in its earliest stage.
I believe in God and I believe that God has passed his judgement on Dr. Dipak Desai. Like Hilter, Desai will be in hell and every minute of a day he will view the faces of innocent people that he has murdered in cold bloodfor eternity. Dr. Deaai's culture doesn't believe in a One and Only True God but he will find out the truth soon enough. Nothing that another human or court could ever properly punish the doctor for what he has done.
I understand that the doctor has a net worth of over a 100 million dollars. All funded by the death of innocent people.
