If the Quaids put in and ran their expensive cars by mistake on diesel fuel instead of gasoline, would it be the refinery's fault? Or would it be the fault of whomever put the fuel into the tank?
Once hospitals start making payouts for their errors, THEY will tell the manufacturers to change the bottles.
It's that simple.
SpokesHole Clark has been trained at substantial taxpayer expense to be a cool CALM killing machine (he's an Army general). Isn't it comforting that he's a guardian of our civil rights!
Spokeshole Clark obviously wasn't paying attention in the many classes in diplomacy and public relations he took-- at taxpayers expense. (Yes, our generals are trained in how to be PR gurus and in diplomacy.)
SpokesHole Clark needs to be stripped of his duties and of his military commission. As well as the associated pension!
